He certified himself as a Microsoft professional. His passion in life is to be able to provide mental wellness training courses and software learning solutions to anyone and everyone who needs it.

Sushma started her journey as a Business Analyst for Banking HR functional domain and ended up as a HR professional who loves to venture in various HR training programmes, be it recruitment or Life skills. Being a mother she feels human value, character and ethics play an important role in the upbringing of any child. With this deep passion she has launched various training programmes termed as Empowering minds for children of various age group ranging from 6yrs to 17yrs.
